A versatile marketing force who loves making pickles

Hi, I’m Abby!

I graduated from the University of Texas with a Master of Science in Marketing in May of 2023, and have since worked at an AI start-up. My time working in AI has been nothing short of amazing, allowing me to plan and execute marketing plans while managing a team of three.

The MSM program combined with my management experience at my previous company has equipped me with a unique skill set. In my program, I mastered uncovering insights from data and steps to successful marketing. In my previous role, I stepped into a position where I took ideas from leadership and ran with them to execute intricate marketing plans and campaigns to penetrate the saturated AI market.

My different experiences have allowed me to bring a unique perspective into the consumer’s mindset. Being able to use my creativity is very important to me, and I apply it to all aspects of life. I’m excited to utilize my diverse experiences in whichever endeavor I find myself in next.

Born in Austin and raised in the Hill Country, I love lake days, my cat, the city, and my small business.

Nichols Pickles

Christmas of 2021 I wanted to make pickles for my friends and family as gifts, as growing up my family often had homemade pickles around. I made my own recipe and was surprised by the positive feedback- some friends even told me they would pay for another jar.

And just like that Nichols Pickles was born! In 2023 I obtained an LLC, making Nichols Pickles official.

Since then, Nichols Pickles entered two local stores in Austin, TX. You can find these primo picks at Prima Dora on South Congress, and A Town on Burnet Rd.
