Pickles & Pets
Pickles and Pets is the idea of an event hosted by Nichols Pickles, to provide support for the Austin Animal Center. A public data set was used to create SQL and Python data visualizations to determine the best-fit animals to bring to the adoption event.
Below are examples of the coding language used to create some visualizations that informed key decisions made about the event, such as which month to host the event, and which color patterns and breeds would be the most likely to be adopted.
Marketing Analytics Final Project
Using a public dataset about Sephora products, my team and I created a Sephora Pop-Up event and used the data to create new product bundles to be featured at the event.
We began by conducting market research to create customer bundles, then moved on to data analysis, and finally used the insights we gathered to pull together the pop-up event and create new product bundles.
Here is an example of a regression we ran. In the end, price and love had the greatest influence on rating data.
We created a perceptual map, to be able to visualize the products based on price, and their love rating.
Using the perceptual map and some further data manipulation, we set items to be included in the bundles, based on the segments we created.
Marriott
Product & Brand Management
A team and I created a new hypothetical B2B product for Marriott called “Work Around The World”, and laid out the full Go-To-Market strategy for the implementation of the product into the market.
The challenge was to reconnect and meet the expectations of travelers in a post-pandemic world. So, we created a B2B solution called the “Work Around the World Program”.
Here is an end-user persona that would utilize the program. We made a second persona of a human resources manager who would be subscribing to the program through Mariott.
Above is a value matrix describing our two targets.
Here are our final activations, including the campaign goal which was increasing awareness of the program.
Intelligence Capstone
Silicon Labs
My final intelligence capstone was with Silicon Labs, a real-world project. My team and I executed extensive market research into the IoT industry and gained extensive account-based marketing knowledge.
I am not at liberty to disclose too much information about this project, but was a worthwhile experience.
Junior League of Austin
“From the Ground Up” Campaign
As a team, my class created a campaign for the Junior League of Austin. The campaign was called "From the Ground Up" and included a full PR plan and media plan for the JLA to enact. We had multiple events and tangible ideas written into our presentation in order for the JLA to ultimately boost engagement and membership within the Austin community.
Information about the campaign suggestion.
Persona examples of members of JLA.
An activation example included an art competition to be held at an event hosted for Mexican Heritage Month. Other Activation ideas included yard signs, QR codes, Interactive Instagram posts, new landing pages, and brand partnerships.
